Floating liquefaction facilities have many advantages over land-based facilities, such as lower cost, shorter construction cycle, easy movement from locations and reuse, but they have to meet such challenges like serious sea conditions, ship sloshing, etc. The Black & Veatch's PRICO®SMR LNG technology containing the essential requirements to meet the needs of floating LNG producers promotes the engineering application of FLNG.
